In June, Google announced Android 7.0 Nougat as the next iteration of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The company released the new OS to the public starting with the Nexus devices in late August. Unveiled last month, the LG V20 was the first smartphone to boot the latest version of Android out-of-the-box, followed by the Google Pixel and Pixel XL smart phones, which were unveiled earlier this week. Several manufacturers have also announced their plans to upgrade their devices to Android Nougat.
Nexus
Google begin the roll out of Android Nougat starting with the Nexus and Android One devices. Unfortunately, the Nexus 5 will not be updated to Android 7.0:

Sony
Sony recently announced the list of its devices that will be getting the Nougat update. The Xperia X Performance and Xperia XZ will be the brand’s first smartphones to receive Nougat sometime later this month:

Samsung
Samsung has started rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update to its smartphones starting with the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge.
